If you’re looking for Cape Town or Stellenbosch bike rental to support a guided tour with Cape Vélo, we are currently able to provide full suspension mountain bikes for rental on a daily basis, working in partnership with Ride In Cafe and Bike Rental in Jonkershoek.

NB: As we are a Stellenbosch bike rental company, there will be delivery and collection charges for any rentals outside a 15km radius of Stellenbosch.

Cape Town and Stellenbosch Bike Rental: What's included

2021 NOTICE: Due to the impact of Covid-19 and related insurance restrictions, Cape Vélo is only able to offer bike rentals to guests who are participating in a guided cycling tour with Cape Vélo (and thus accompanied by one or more of our team members). We do NOT provide rental services as a standalone service. Many thanks for your understanding.

Bike rental includes:

  • Bike and Helmet
  • Choice of pedals (flat / Shimano SPD (MTB) / Look Keo
  • Free local delivery and pick up! (<10km of central Stellenbosch)
  • Full day usage (from 7am – 4:30pm) – late return fees may be charged.
